Comments: I would like to say that, from what I can see, by looking at the online applications, this pageant seems to be the type of pageant that gives girls/woman a chance to compete from their inner beauty, and not "Just a pretty face.". I intend on entering the Miss World Rose competition.
I am greatful that an online pageant of this nature is available. With the cost of traveling, stay at a hotel, clothing, etc. it is not easy to attend a live pageant. Let alone, from what I've seen through doing pageants with my daughter, they don't look at what is most important, what the contestant is made of, on the inside.

I have mailed two Parties-in-a-box this year as well, one to a two year old with cancer and one to a newborn who was in an ICU. The website has changed:

We now have an new free award to give: a Heart of Gold award to anyone who has overcome an obstacle and gone on to help someone else in a similar situation. The first two of these awards were presented this summer as part of a county fair queen pageant.

Comments: I think that this pageant system is great for children just starting to get interested in pageants. It looks as if it gives them a fair and fun opportunity of actually getting to be a winner for what they actually have accomplished and for what they enjoy to do!!! It is also great for places that are small and don't have a whole lot of pageants in the area for a child to participate in and it is great for someone who cannot afford to do all the traveling with usual pageants. Sounds great!!!

It is so great to hear from all of you. I have been very busy lately and haven't been home since the beginning of June. However, I am very glad I finally was able to check in.

I would would like to thank Ms.Lynanne for all that she has done and would like to praise her on successfully running such a wonderful pageant. I love being the part of the Miss American / World Rose program and would highly recommend it.

Comments: I like Miss American Rose pageants. It is somewhat different from the pageants I attended. I like it because it looks at the total person. It also develops leadership. I like it when my mom and I do stuff together. We spend time together. It is a lot of work but it is worth it. My mom, my supporters and I are all happy with what we are doing. My supporters say that "American Rose Pageants develop children to be humanitarian leaders".
